What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, and Cash App.

Do I need to bring my car to you?

No. We are a fully mobile repair service, so we come to your location.

What repairs can you perform on-site?

We handle nearly all common automotive repairs on-site, except complete engine and transmission rebuilds.

Do parts purchased through Puro include a warranty?

Warranty options are available for parts. Pricing varies based on the warranty length you select.

Is there a minimum service charge?

Yes. The minimum charge for us to come out and perform any repair, regardless of size, is $130.

Do you provide a warranty on labor?

Yes. We warranty our labor when an issue results from a technician’s installation error.

What are your operating hours?

Our primary business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Can I request a labor-only quote?

Yes. For labor-only quotes, you must sign a waiver confirming that you performed your own diagnosis. Payment is still required if the requested repair does not resolve the issue.

Can Puro provide the parts?

Yes. We can source parts through our suppliers. After you receive and approve the quote, the parts cost must be paid upfront before purchase.

How long has Puro Mobile Repair Services been operating?

We have served the Dallas Metroplex since 2018.

Is there a booking deposit?

Yes. We charge a $50 non-refundable deposit in case of cancellation. The deposit is applied toward the diagnostic fee.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

Diagnostic fees range from $130 to $200, depending on the type of issue and the distance to your location.

When can you come to my location?

Submit a service request through our text service. A service adviser will provide available dates and time slots that work for both schedules.
